Bowling Center situated on 9+/- acres with potential for subdivision. Timber Lanes is a 16-lane bowling center with Brunswick machinery. Kogel walker lane oil machine. Constructed in 1960, it still boasts well maintained original wood lanes and pinsetters! Scoring has been updated to automatic scoring with new monitors with a newly updated computer system. The 15,000 +/- square foot cinder block constructed building houses the lanes, bowler’s area with tables and seating, carpeted concourse with high-top tables and seating, locker room, redemption arcade games and a roomy control center. Timber Lanes also boasts a full-service snack bar and a Pro Shop. The snack bar has a front counter area for taking orders with a fountain soda machine and has a pass-thru window to the back kitchen area for ordering and food delivery. The kitchen includes a pizza oven for fresh-made pizzas, a large 3- burner flat-top grill, a microwave and a double gas fryer. Stainless steel work tables provide ample prep space. Two double door freezers, one double door refrigerator and a large capacity ice machine complete the kitchen area along with handwashing sink, three-bay sink and it’s own 30-gallon water heater. The Pro Shop is currently run by the owner and PBA member. Timber Lanes has hosted an annual PBA50 Pro Bowling event for the last 3 fall seasons. This year we have the opportunity to host a Spring Event as well as the Fall tournament. USBC Certfied lanes.
